Jesus has bestowed authority on us but our authority is limited on the basis of if and how we will use it.- Luke 19:17 And he said to him, 'Well done, good servant! Because you have been faithful in a very little, you shall have authority over ten cities.' God will test you on how well you can be trusted with authority. Authority of God is the authority for the supernatural. To degree a thing is to speak words that contain the authority of God. In order for words to have authority they must be words spoken in obedience to the will of God. When God’s word is decreed whatever the proclamation states it will come to pass. Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

This course is concerned with the ability of the believer to stand in the presence of God, receive His instructions and then in obedience decree what God has spoken.
