Law vs. Grace, ICM Course
Category: Theology & Ministry
VID - Video Course
Credit Hours: 3hrs
If you are facing problems that seem to have no logical solutions; if you find yourself struggling and most often find it difficult to grow in faith; if you wonder how God views your life as to whether it is right or wrong in His eyes; if you find yourself constantly looking for God’s approval; if you deal with, condemnation, guilt, unworthiness, inferiority, and/or shame; chances are you have been living the Christian life under the weight of laws or an undisciplined life.
Are you ready to live in the abundant life that Jesus died and was resurrected for? The Bible tells us, "And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace. For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ."(John 1:16-17) Many believers seem to never come into a place in their life where they live in the freedom that God's still amazing grace has provided. For one group of believers it is due to the religious laws that they hold to, while other believers live undisciplined lives, doing whatever pleases them and call it grace. As we see in these two examples, although a reality in most sectors of the church today, neither are a true reflection of grace.
