Pastoral Counseling is an ICM course designed for any pastor, church leader, or minister desiring Christian Counseling training from a pastoral viewpoint.
The series will focus on many different aspects of Christian Counseling from a pastoral viewpoint. As pastors, church leaders or ministers we counsel from a different perspective.
Christian Counseling always comes from the perspective of being Christ-centered. Pastoral counseling is also Christ-centered but also takes into account the authority of the church and the continual spiritual and physical well-being the person being counseled.
Topics that are to be covered are conflict resolution, divorce, crisis counseling, abuse recovery, addictions, family issues and more. The purpose of this course is to train you to be able to better serve those that you are counseling.
You must be an actively enrolled student with ICM and logged
