The Warrior’s Companion
Preparation – Spiritual Armor
There is no place for an unprotected warrior in spiritual warfare.
There’s no excuse for showing up on the spiritual battlefield naked.
Spiritual Armor
Do not try and “pray” it on

Proclaim your submission to God
Proclaim your righteousness by the blood of Christ
Receive God’s power and authority
Take your stand with God
Seek God’s anointing
Fight in the Spirit - Not the Flesh
God created you a spiritual being and called you to fight His war in the spiritual realm.
The enemy is quite happy watching you fight in the spiritual realm by remote control.
Understand the Enemy
Don’t be lulled into thinking that the dark kingdom will show mercy or compassion.
Rom 12:19 Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, "VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY," says the Lord.
Choose Your Weapon
The Kingdom warrior’s primary weapons are prayer, petition, & proclamation.
Warfare Prayer
Spiritual warfare prayer is different from worship prayer.
In spiritual warfare, prayer is used to ask God to assist in your warfare. The warrior uses prayer to ask God to assist in the things a warrior is unable to do.
Warfare Petitions
Warfare petitions are asking for assistance or calling for help.
The Kingdom warrior may petition for:
Warriors
Guardians
Messengers
Ministering Spirits
Spiritual Coverings – Hedge of Protection
Healing & Restoration (Soul, Heart, & Mind)
Discernment & Revelation
Wisdom & Guidance
Remembrance
Warfare Proclamation
Proclamation – Techniques for Engagement
Be short – Be concise
Proclaim with authority
Know all nine elements of the divine exchange – the source of your authority (See ICM Course – Bought with Blood)
Proclaim with precision
Avoid meaningless words
Pause and listen to the Spirit and frequently give thanks
Identity is a Weapon
The Kingdom warrior should:
Expect the accuser to ceaselessly question your identity and authority
Receive identity verses in your heart
Ask God to give you a warrior’s name
Pray for The Father’s validation – Just before Satan tempted Jesus, God validated Him.
Fight Your Own Battles
Fight your own battle techniques:
Don’t say, “Lord, we ask you to bind the spirit of…” – Stop asking and do it yourself!
Don’t say, “Father God, we want to come against the spirit of…”
Stop praying and proclaiming passively
Stop talking about what you want to do and just do it!
Stop praying for God to do your warfare for you.
Speak directly to the spirit with whom you war.
Save Embellishments for Private Worship
Kingdom warrior engagement techniques:
Indulge yourself in prayer during times of private worship – during warfare, stay focused and on point.
Proclaim with precision
Proclaim with authority
Mat 8:32 And He said to them, "Go!" And they came out and went into the swine, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea and perished in the waters. Use Jesus’ example as a model for your warfare.
The Law of God is Your Legal Weapon
Satan and all of the servants of the dark kingdom are bound by God’s law.
As God’s warrior, you are free to use His law to serve any purpose of the Kingdom of God against which dark spirits cannot withstand.
You are a Spiritual Warrior, so Fight Like One!
Intercessory warrior techniques:

Rev 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
The phrase laid hold comes from the Greek word krateō which means to hold in check, to take hold of, or restrain.

Luk 19:46 Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves.
Withstanding & Perseverance
Dan 10:13 "But the prince of the kingdom of Persia was withstanding me for twenty-one days; then behold, Michael,
one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left there with the kings of Persia.”
