ICM's Associate of Arts in Ministry Program requires a High School diploma or equivalent plus 60 credit hours required, including, transferred credits, life experience, and continuing education credits (conferences, seminars, ministry positions etc.)

The above described program represent our normal guidelines however each degree program is customized per student according to their previous education and ministry experience. Requirements can be more or less as determined by ICM.
Additional courses and credits required to make up 60 credit hours will be determined on a case by case basis.
A change in major may cause an increase in program requirements.
Courses may be taken online, in ICM's virtual classroom, or live if offered. Refer to the online class calendar or contact your campus director for details.
Course Work Requirements
For each course, a student is required to complete the appropriate assignment. Common assignments will include essay or discussion questions demonstrating the student’s knowledge of the material that was taught.

The above requirements can be changed subject to the discretion of ICM depending on the prior educational experience of the student. Required credit hours can be increased if student does not have enough applicable undergraduate credits.
Complete ICM's Online Enrollment Application and process your registration fee via PayPal. On the application, make sure that you describe your church and ministry experience; include any conferences or seminars that you have attended or other accomplishments. You can receive up to 30 credit hours toward an A.A. or B. A. degree for life experience and up to another 30 credit hours for ministry and continuing education. List any previous college credits on the application, as these can also be counted. Request transcripts from previous schools be sent to us.

We will email your acceptance package with details on credits awarded and the total credits needed for your degree. This will outline the number and type of courses that will be required for the completion of your degree, along with your total cost for the degree program. Read through your acceptance package and then continue with Step 3.
