While working with City Wide Prayer Ministry in 2001, God presented George with an opportunity to minister inside the Orange County and Seminole County jails. Ten years later, George continues to minister to jail inmates.
As an ICM Campus Director, George offers inmates an opportunity to earn a bachelors, masters, or other degrees through ICM's correspondence program.

Dr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Theology from International Theological Seminary of Bradenton Florida; he also
holds a Master of Ministry and a Doctor of Theology from International College of Ministry of Orlando, Florida.
Dr. Davis is the founder and former Pastor of Bethesda Word of Faith Church and Bethesda Outreach Ministries,
in Sarasota, Florida. He currently serves as the Pastor of Christian Education at Word of God Church and
Ministries International, Columbia, SC.

Word of God Bible Institute is a Non-denominational, Christ Centered, Bible Based Seminary,
called to serve the body of Christ. WOGBI is an extension of International College of Ministry
(ICM) an accredited Seminary in Orlando Florida.
Our Mission is to equip the body of Christ for the work of the ministry, to advance the Kingdom of
God through sound, biblical, theological education and training.
Degrees Offered
Word of God Bible Institute offers several affordable Ecclesiastical Degrees: Associates, Bachelors,

Campus Director: Dr. Ray L. Self - President and Founder of the International College of Ministry.
Originally from Memphis, TN., ICM President and Founder, Dr. Ray L. Self majored in business management and anthropology at the University of Memphis. He holds a bachelor, master, and doctorate degree in Christian psychology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. He also has a second Doctorate degree in Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Dr. Ray Self served as facilitator and on the board of advisors of Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Dr. Self has spoken at numerous conferences and churches around the nation and overseas. He has appeared on TBN and has worked in radio ministry. Dr. Geraldine Rush, Campus Director
Campus Director: Dr. Geraldine Rush - Campus Director, House of Christ College of Ministry, Southaven, MS
Dr. Rush opened the campus of House of Christ College of Ministry in January of 2016 and partnered with
ICM in September of this year 2018. Geraldine Rush is the founder and Pastor of House of Christ Outreach
Ministries Church in Southaven, MS (www.houseofchrist.org). She Airs a weekly TV show, provides outreach
to the Desoto County Detention and Jail facility, and works with other outreach ministries in the area.
With over 20 years in ministry, she offers strong leadership and management skills in developing churches,
ministries, and community outreach programs.
Before establishing the House of Christ, Geraldine was the Executive Pastor at Anointed Temple of
Praise Outreach Ministries Church located in Memphis, TN. Before becoming an Executive Pastor, Geraldine
was an Associate Pastor, a Financial Analyst, Office Manager, Logistic Manager, and a Credit and
Collection Manager with the FedEx Corporation. After leaving Corporate America, she Used her talents,
skills and Spiritual maturity to advance kingdom building through Technology, finance, and Spiritual Gifts.
Dr. Rush academic background includes being a graduate of Jacksonville Theological Seminary. She holds a
Doctorate Degree in Ministry, a Master’s in Theology and a Bachelor in Biblical Studies from Revelation
Message Bible College. She is an ordained and licensed minister and Pastor.
Pastor Geraldine is married to Willie Rush, and they have two sons, one daughter, and four grandchildren.
One of Dr. Rush’s favorite scriptures is 3rd John 1:2 “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things
and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
House of Christ College of Ministry
House of Christ College of Ministry is located at 201 Stateline Road West, Suite 3A, Southaven, Mississippi.
At House of Christ College of Ministry, we teach classes twice a month on the Second and Forth Saturday
of each month. Classes start at 8:30am and finish at 2:30pm. For working families this schedule works very well.
The House of Christ is a church that believes our mission is to equip Gods people to advance the Kingdom of God in its community.
We have been a part of the International College of Ministry since 2017, and we are working together to offer
classes, ministry, and Outreach that will promote the Local church. People need training and we are here to meet that need.
The House of Christ College of Ministry is housed within the House of Christ Outreach Ministries Church.
We have also added Certification programs and all courses of study which is very affordable for anyone who
wants to work and contribute to the local ministry.
