This course is a textbook study of The Reset by Jeremy Riddle.

This book delivers a crucial message for every worship leader to understand and live out. Satan will counterfeit anything of God that is powerful, and worship is an area where we see many, many counterfeits going on. In this book, Jeremy discusses the worship community and the Christian music industry, highlighting the good that God is doing through it but also calling out and warning against every aspect that departs from the only thing that matters: that God be loved and glorified above all else and in everything we do.

All the lights, the cameras, the sound systems, and the tours may be effectively used to help usher people into an encounter with the Lord but unfortunately, all too often they are used to bring attention to something or someone other than the Lord. Everything must be done in surrender to the Holy Spirit, making Him and His leading our sole focus. Readers will be convicted of areas in their own lives where they may need to re-focus on the Lord or be on guard to ensure compromise does not set in. This book will challenge your motives for everything you do in the name of worship.
