For God's glory and purpose, you must continue to grow.
You need to spend a lot of time in the light to grow.
The Grapevine
John 15:1 -2 "I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. "Every branch
in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He
prunes it so that it may bear more fruit."
God desires to train you, but it is up to you to choose to be healed and equipped.
Do not shut doors in your heart to God.
Many people live in a hallway. It takes courage to open doors for God to enter.
Open your hidden areas.
Do not stay tied to the dock.
Keep moving so God can steer you.
Understand what is constraining you.
Psa 55:22 Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.
Cast off your dock lines. Let the wind of the spirit fill your sails and go!!
This is an action scripture – 1 Pet 5:7 casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.
You must make the cast.
The most common constraint is fear.
Fear can hide through pride, procrastination, and constant analysis.
Pride is a coping mechanism that covers insecurity.
Procrastination is like a drug that allows you to escape temporarily.
Analysis and intellectualism cause a person to become hardened to the leading of the Holy Spirit
and can cause a person to become frozen and unable to move.
Analysis and intellectualism give a false feeling of control.
God expects us to use our brains, however, He would prefer us to use His brain.
1 Cor 2:16 For WHO HAS KNOWN THE MIND OF THE LORD, THAT HE WILL INSTRUCT HIM? But we have the mind of Christ.
Many things could be holding you back.
One of the most significant constraints is ungodly beliefs from painful past experiences.
Ungodly beliefs and corresponding confessions are anything that disagrees with God and His word.
