Dr. Ray L. Self - President and Founder of the International College of Ministry.

Ray Self is the husband of Christie Self and has four children. He is originally from Memphis, TN. He majored in business management and anthropology at the University of Memphis. He holds a bachelor, master, and doctorate degree in Christian psychology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. He also has a second Doctorate degree in Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Dr. Ray Self served as facilitator and on the board of advisors of Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Dr. Self has spoken at numerous conferences and churches around the nation and overseas. He has appeared on TBN and has worked in radio ministry. He has spoken at and been recognized by the Tennessee House of Representatives.

Dr. Self was the founder and senior pastor of Spirit Wind Ministries Church, Olive Branch, MS. He is the president of Spirit Wind Ministries Inc. which is the 501 (c) (3) covering for the International College of Ministry He was the founder of the School of Prophets (Olive Branch, Ms), Director of Christian Counseling Center (Olive Branch, Ms) and is the former senior pastor of Faith Victory Church and Christian Academy, Covington, TN. Dr. Self is also a former instructor with Memphis Bible College and Spirit of Excellence School of Ministry, Memphis, TN.

Dr. Priscilla Yamin - Dean of Students,
The International College of Ministry

Dr. Priscilla Yamin is ICM's Dean of Students. Her main areas of responsibility are grading assignments and managing student records. Priscilla holds a Doctor in Ministry Degree from International College of Ministry.

Dr. Yamin has served in various areas of academia, as well as leading praise and worship, prayer teams and ladies ministry. Priscilla teaches the Word of God with easy to understand life examples and everyday applications.

She has also ministered alongside of her husband, John Yamin, as they have started churches, ministered in conferences and led mission trips to West Africa. John and Priscilla have 6 children with 8 grandchildren and counting.

Dr. Steven Wittmann - Technologies Director,
The International College of Ministry

Dr. Steve Wittmann, ICM's Technologies Director, joined ICM in 2008 by divine appointment, bringing with him nearly 30 years experience in the information technologies field. Challenged with the task of building an online school whose purpose is serving the Kingdom of God, his hand was guided by God's Spirit into building ICM College Online, the very site you see here today.

By applying a practical background in computer networks, computer graphics design, Internet application development, and Internet marketing, ICM College Online has grown from a vision to a functional Kingdom tool, training and equipping men and women answering God’s call to ministry.

Amy Grubb - Office Administration,
The International College of Ministry

Amy Grubb is our Finance Admin/Bookkeeper. In this role, Amy manages Tuition Payments,Setting up Amy Grubb is our Finance Admin/Bookkeeper. In this role, Amy manages Tuition Payments,Setting up student accounts and assisting with International College of Ministry's Banking. She is gifted in organization,being very detailed in her duties, being on Time and committed to her job.

She has been married for over 18 years to her Husband, Steven Grubb and is a Mom to 2 teenagers. She has been married for over 18 years to her Husband, Steven Grubb and is a Mom to 2 teenagers. She enjoys Home-schooling both of her Children full time and participates in a Co-op every week, where she teaches and volunteers in many areas. She is also a Part-time Nanny for a Church family and loves helping her friends whenever she can. Amy resides near Orlando, Fl where she has grown up for the majority of her life and has attended Freedom Fellowship Church for over 25 yrs.

Before joining ICM Staff, Amy worked under many Job titles and volunteering Opportunities; including Before joining ICM Staff, Amy worked under many Job titles and volunteering Opportunities; including retail positions, local School system & being a personal nanny. Amy, alongside her husband, volunteered as a Youth pastor for over 5 years at their church. In those different positions throughout the last several years, Amy has challenged herself in helping people more and understanding how to minister to others by truth, grace and excellence. AS a Youth Pastor, She organized and ran many events, fundraisers, budgets and conferences. She still serves in her church today and Looks forward to serving our ICM students however she can.

Amye Francis - Media Director,
The International College of Ministry

Amye was born and raised in Gainesville, Fl, and through a divinely appointed relationship, she was introduced to the community of Central Florida and Freedom Fellowship Church. At the call of the Holy Spirit, she left her job as a microbiologist in Gainesville and moved to Davenport, Fl to start a new life working with people, who God loves.

Amye has attended Bethel Music Worship School and is currently a student in the Bethel Music College program. She has also undergone training as a certified, professional coach. Her recent education in coaching and worship has fed a new desire to work in ministry and worship and to lead people to become who they were created to be.
