    Cap and gown additional, cost will be assessed a few months before your graduation:

    A registration fee of $50 is required with your application.

    You will receive an acceptance email detailing your requirements to complete your chosen degree. You will be provided a link to complete your enrollment agreement and finally directed to your online account set up and orientation.

    Two financial plans are offered –

    • Pay in full within 30 days of acceptance and receive a 20% discount on the tuition amount.
    • Monthly payment plan of $200 down due immediately and 12 equal payments beginning within 30 days of acceptance.

  1. Terms

    ICM School Policies

    All accepted students will receive an email with the complete details of their degree program. It is important that the student follow the instructions in their acceptance email. The email will provide degree course requirements and financial costs along with payment options. All students must complete an enrollment agreement and complete an online account registration. Basics financial requirements upon enrollment are as follows:

    • The registration fee is $50. The registration fee must be submitted with the application. The application will not be processed until the fee is received by the home office.
    • Current tuition costs are $95 per credit hour for undergraduate, $110 per credit hour for masters, $135 per credit hour for doctorate. Each course is normally valued three credit hours.
    • Our tuition costs are very low in comparison to other seminaries. The student owes the entire amount for his or her degree upon enrollment, but a payment plan can be provided if needed. A 20% discount on the tuition amount is available for immediate full payment. The minimum payment arrangement is $200 down payment due immediately and 12 equal monthly payments with the first payment beginning within 30 days of the date of the student’s acceptance letter. All payment plans are done automatically through a E-Check or debit or credit card The student may choose one of two monthly dates for their electronic payment (1st, or 15th,) or students may choose to have their draft occur weekly (on Fridays) if they prefer.
    • If the student pays in full upon receipt of their acceptance letter, before the beginning their courses, they will receive a 20% discount on their tuition amount.

    Advanced placement testing can be offered for those with extensive ministry experience. The cost is $300, and up to 30 credit hours may be awarded.

    In Order to Graduate: A student must have a complete file with all necessary paperwork done (i.e. financial requirements and financial assistance pages) and turned in (i.e. original/sealed transcripts) and have met all financial and academic requirements. Diplomas and transcripts will not be released until all of these requirements have been met.

    Next Degree Application: When a student has completed one degree program and wishes to enroll for another degree he or she should complete the Application for Next Degree and submit it with a $50 registration fee. He or she will receive a new acceptance letter.

    Academic Suspension: If a student is over two weeks late on agreed upon payment due date or defaults by a retuned check or declined credit card that student will be placed on academic suspension and will need to apply for readmission. All grades and transcripts will be held, and no further classes can be taken until tuition payment is made current.

    Other Reasons:
    1. Lack of attendance or lack of submitting homework/assignments as specified by instructor.
    2. Incompletion of enrollment criteria
    3. Student display a lack of ministerial integrity

    Re-Admission After Suspension:
    1. A application for readmission must be submitted with a re-admission essay, re-admission fee ($50).
    2. The application will be reviewed and approved or disapproved by the Board of Directors.
    3. If re-admission is granted, any previously granted scholarships or financial aid will be subject to review and will need to be approved by a decision of the board of directors.
    4. Students receiving two (2) suspensions will not be eligible for future re-enrollment.

    Insufficient Check Fees: There will be a $35 charge for each insufficient check or draft.

    Non-Refundable Fees: Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable.

    Student Withdrawal from School: A student may withdraw from school with a 10 day advance written notice but the remaining balance of their degree program is still owed and their payment plan will still in place. If there is a particular hardship the student may appeal to ICM for some possible recourse.

    This is an Interdenominational School: There are students who carry some doctrinal differences. We will discuss differences but always remain as brothers and sisters in Christ. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to earth as God incarnate. He died for the sins of the world. Those who believe in Him shall be saved. These beliefs are non-negotiable.

    Accreditation: International College of Ministry grants degrees under the authority of the Florida Department of Education Commission for Independent Education in compliance with Section 1005.06(1)(f), Florida Statutes. The State of Florida does not require regional or theological accreditation for religious schools. ICM is accredited by Accrediting Commission International which is the largest private accrediting organization in the world.

    Our degrees are ecclesiastical degrees designed for ministerial training. ICM does not guarantee the transfer of credits to any other school because that decision is made by the receiving institution. The exception is any school that is accredited by Accrediting Commission International will accept ICM transfer credits.
