A registration fee of $100 is required with your application.
You will receive an acceptance email detailing your requirements to complete your chosen degree. You will be provided a link to complete your enrollment agreement and finally directed to your online account set up and orientation.
Two financial plans are offered –
Pay in full within 30 days of acceptance and receive a 20% discount on the tuition amount.
Monthly payment plan of $200 down due immediately and 12 equal payments beginning within 30 days of acceptance.
ICM School Policies
All accepted students will receive an email with the complete details of their degree program. It is important that the student follow the instructions in their acceptance email. The email will provide degree course requirements and financial costs along with payment options. All students must complete an enrollment agreement and complete an online account registration. Basics financial requirements upon enrollment are as follows:
The registration fee is $100. The registration
fee must be submitted with the application. The application will not be processed
until the fee is received by the home office.
Current tuition costs are $75 per credit hour for undergraduate, $85 per credit hour for masters, $100 per credit hour for doctorate. Each course is normally valued
three credit hours. Cap and gown fees will be announced and charged a few months
prior to each student’s graduation
Our tuition costs are very low in comparison to other seminaries. The student owes the entire amount for his or her degree upon enrollment, but a payment plan can be provided if needed. A 20% discount on the tuition amount is available for immediate full payment. The minimum payment arrangement is $200 down payment due immediately and 12 equal monthly payments with the first payment beginning within 30 days of the date of the student’s acceptance letter. All payment plans are done automatically through a E-Check or debit or credit card The student may choose one of two monthly dates for their electronic payment (1st, or 15th,) or students may choose to have their draft occur weekly (on Fridays) if they prefer.
If the student pays in full upon receipt of their acceptance letter, before the
beginning their courses, they will receive a 20% discount on their tuition amount.
Financial hardship scholarships may be available but will be considered on a case
by case basis and subject to board review After completion of registration process
the student can make a request for assistance by emailing ICM at
Advanced placement testing can be offered for those with extensive ministry experience.
The cost is $300, and up to 30 credit hours may be awarded.
In Order to Graduate:
a student must have a complete file with all necessary
paperwork done (i.e. financial requirements and financial assistance pages)
and turned in (i.e. original/sealed transcripts) and have met all financial
and academic requirements. Diplomas and transcripts will not be released
until all of these requirements have been met.
Next Degree Application:
When a student has completed one degree program and
wishes to enroll for another degree he or she should complete the Application for
Next Degree and submit it with a $50 registration fee. He or she will receive a
new acceptance letter.
If a student misses a payment or is over two weeks late,
that student will be placed on academic suspension. All grades and transcripts
will be held, and no further classes can be taken until tuition payment is made current.
Insufficient Check Fees:
There will be a $35 charge for each insufficient check or draft.
Previous paid tuition and registration fees are non-refundable.
Student Withdrawal from School:
Students may withdraw from school with a 10 day advance
written notice. All further drafts or payments will be stopped. EXCEPTION: Courses
previously taken or materials and other previously incurred fees not yet paid for are
still owed, and the student assumes all responsibilities for payments in full.
