Here's a testimony from one of our students who took our Pastoral Counseling course. Read the whole thing: This course was very helpful in the area of helping to shepherd God's people. The topics discussed are very real issues today within the body of Christ. They were very informative and I received much to help aid me in bringing restoration to peoples lives. I specifically enjoyed the lesson 2 and 3 on addictions and mirroring. I minister a lot to people who are in addictive bondages. The wisdom from Dr. Self is so helpful! The tips on clear communication was very insightful on how to repeat and allow expression of feelings behind the phrases! I'm happy to say, I have already used these counseling tools.
