It helped me to overcome many obstacles in my life. It help me examine myself all the way back to my childhood and back to my adulthood. This book is anointed to help, heal, and deliver you from you past so you an get to your promised land. Dr. Ray Self is truly a man after God's own heart. Just reading the book made me feel like I have known him all of my life. He's real and down to earth. My book has some many annotations and notes in it.
