Inthis course, I learned very strongly that God wants me to submit to Him. He wants me to relinquish control of my life to Him so that He can lead me. Because man is obsessed with control, it’s a difficult thing to do. Yet, God expects this from me if He’s ever going to lead me and my ministry.. Many times, I’d been tempted to think that in certain situations, I know the best step to take. But, on the contrary, God always wants the best for me. Itt’s only through Him can I be fulfilled in life and ministry.
Very importantly, God's system is not a democracy but a kingdom where God is the King. I don't get to choose or vote; He is King and His Will reigns supreme every time and in every situation. While I may have my own desires. ,I have come to understand that my true desires are only fulfilled when I allow His will reigns supreme in my life and ministry.
Another profound thing is it’s crucial need to submit myself to authority. This is one area where ministers make a mistake when it comes to their. anointing and gifting of God allowing pride unknowingly to creep in and make them feel too big to submit to authority. However, there cannot be true authority if you refuse to submit to authority as delegated. To have authority, a person must humbly submit to the higher authority God has given to men they serve.I have chosen not to let the enemy lie to me anymore. True authority comes by humbly submitting to higher authority .As a result, this course afforded me greater understanding and light on the scripture in James 4:7..
In addition, I learned the striking difference between sufficiency and abundance. Sufficiency is having just enough to meet my immediate needs, while abundance is having more than enough.and the purpose why God gives it. God’s Will is profound to channel my abundance not to be puffed in pride bless others and overflow to those around us. God does not give in it by living too much of a luxurious life but so that He can reach out to and bless more lives through us.
In the Kingdom of God, we’re saved by grace through faith, it’s important for us show forth good works to validate our faith. I am committed to share this with God's people with great enthusiasm, so that the value of good works can be truly understood. Doing good works doesn’t make a person acceptable to God; you are already accepted by Him through faith in Christ. Now, show good works because He has given you a new life in Christ.
