We get to look at our calendars that are filled to the brim with activities, events and hopefully some empty spaces for rest, relaxation and refreshing. If you're like me, some of the weekly events get moved to the next week if I find my schedule overbearing. I have chosen to not place extra burden on myself by saying Yes to things that will just keep me busy. I want my time with people, places and things to be intentional, not just a filler of my day.
